As a Client Experience Agent you’ll be taking the “cryptic out of cryptocurrency” for our clients. Not only will you be directly responsible for keeping CoinSmart's clients happy, and ensuring they have the best possible crypto experience, but you will also spend time working with the product development team to share customer feedback and insights and to test new features before release to help us build the best possible product for our customers.

We are searching for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join the CoinSmart team in creating the next generation Cryptocurrency exchange. This is a full time position in Toronto, Ontario. The role will work largely independently, as well as working with remote team members, product owners, and stakeholders to implement technical solutions to meet business objectives and requirements.
